Returns on used items are available for each customer, one-time. If you are not completely satisfied with your CBD purchase, let us know and we will help find a product best for your lifestyle or issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Infinite’s error.

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office, after that, it is out of our control.
Lost , Damaged, or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.
