Email info@smokymountainCBD.com for any issues or questions you may have about your product. To return your Smoky Mountain product, it must be within 7 days of having received the item. Email us at info@smokymountainCBD.com to get a return label. The seal of the packaging must be unbroken to get a full refund. See more details about our return policy and steps to take.
We base our entire brand off of the satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason you are not content with the product you have purchased, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Find out more about our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
At this time we only ship within the United States. All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. We ship via USPS priority mail which then takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States).
Please note that at this time our delivery service (USPS) will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
Smoky Mountain CBD uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive an email from our customer service department. In certain cases this may delay your order.
All products are shipped with a QR code on the label/container that can be used to track the exact Certificate of Analysis for its batch.
